Mark Dissen

Mark is an international CPA and travel enthusiast. In 2016, he left his Big 4 accounting firm to found Wayfare Accounting- a virtual accounting practice that works with clients all around the world to run small businesses and escape traditional 9-to-5 jobs. Since then, Mark has trotted around the globe, exploring captivating parts of the Earth and meeting influential men and women from all walks of life. He believes that one of the most notable ways to progress, both as an individual and as a society, is through the exchange of ideas and traditions across cultures. His goal is to use his financial and accounting background to enable individuals to design global lifestyles that are financially sound, utterly fulfilling, and outright fascinating.

Kirsten Wilkinson, MA, E-RYT, YACEP, TCTSY-F, Mind/Body Practitioner

Kirsten is the Founder and Executive Director of Legacy Motion, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization committed to sustaining the ongoing preservation and documentation of endangered ancient dance forms, as well as promoting resiliency, empowerment, trauma resolution, psychosocial coexistence, community and peace building through restorative, movement based practices. Through interrelated projects Legacy Motion dedicates itself to evaluating, creating and implementing high quality sustainable programs based on experience and collaborations in the field. 

Her professional dance career spans over 10 years during which she performed with such companies as The San Francisco Ballet, David Dorfman and Heidelberg Ballet.  She has held positions at The Library of Congress, Dance Heritage Coalition, and various adjunct professorships at American University Cairo, University of Oregon, University of Hawaii and many more.  

After much physical trauma sustained in a car accident, she has found sanctuary in her yoga practice and teaching.  She is a certified Hot Yoga and 200YTT yoga instructor with thousands of hours teaching moving bodies.  Kirsten’s training comes from a broad background including Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Nidra, Alexander Technique, LabanNotation, Dance Therapy, TCTSY, and Mind/Body Therapy. 

She is also the Founder of Healing Motion, a place where you can discover your innate wisdom, restore yourself, and transcend to holistic wellbeing through private sessions, community events, and free offerings.

Eva Rasul

Eva is a law enforcement officer and has served her community for nearly two decades. She is a crisis negotiator with a regional special response unit and works with individuals in critical situations. Eva earned a BS in Criminal Justice Management from Union Institute and University. She is also a Navy Reservist and enjoys serving her community and working in areas where she can do her part to make the world a better place. Eva loves to be active and has a passion for exploring new places. Her current focus is bringing a comprehensive wellness program to her department that will focus on the mental and physical health of employees.

 

Caroline Thompson

Caroline’s drive to help her clients achieve a stronger mind-body connection are unparalleled. Her passion for creating joy through energetic connections and pranayama helps her clients take yoga off the mat and into their everyday lives. After suffering debilitating autoimmune problems while working in research, she became a nutrition coach and dedicated yogi to learn to heal her own body. She realized she could help others in pain and received her RYT-500 from Be The Change Yoga. She is working towards certification as a TRE/ Neurogenic Yoga practitioner and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner as she continues to research the role of various healing modalities on stress and trauma. She holds a MA from the University of Central Florida, is a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach, and has years of experience with public speaking, teaching, and training.
